Testers needed for ISO C Binding patch

There's also a remarkable lot of this patch that's whitespace cleanups 
and the like.  I think that it would be useful to separate this out, so 
that to C binding parts can be reviewed separately.

If this part of the patch were to be separated out and applied to trunk 
now, would it cause problems for your merging of the rest of it?  Yes, 
I'm volunteering, and I can do that tomorrow if desired.

(Also, I notice that there are a few remaining tab-damaged places in the 
patch; a search through it for strings of eight spaces should find them.)
