[Patch, fortran] PR31205 - aliased operator assignment produces wrong result

FX,

I had an opportunity to commit this patch last night but, given my new 
found ability so to do, I tested it on CP2K.  Needless to say, it broke 
it :-)

I therefore withdraw this patch and will resubmit when I have figured 
out what the problem is.
