[patch, libgfortran] PR30435 Slash at end of input not recognized according to standard

The attached patch is trivial and I will commit to trunk shortly, and 4.2
shortly after that.

Regression tested on x86-64-Linux.

I will include a proper test case based on the one provided by Steve in the PR.
