[PATCH INSTALLED]: PR fortran/30399 Remove bogus fortran testcases

After some confusion on my part, as noted in the PR and you can also see
here: http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-cvs/2006-07/msg00077.html

two fortran testcases were accidentally backported to 4.0 in an unrelated
checkin, and were showing up as "regressions" on several platforms.
Fortran patches were never backported to actually fix the bugs in the
testcases.  After receiving confirm from Alexandre about the checkin, I
removed the bogus files.

Tested via "make check" and installed as obvious on 4.0.
