[Patch, fortran] PR30660 - Allocatable components of a derived type "require" the SAVE attribute.

Thanks Paul for providing this patch, Jerry for OK'ing it and Tobias for 
committing it.

As my test run for revision 122263 shows (w.r.t. my test run for 
revision 122250) the change works !

Backporting to 4.1 is futile, by the way, because 4.1 doesn't do 
allocatable components, as far as I know.
