Doxygen documentation for the compiler and the library

Dear All,

I have just updated the gfortran wiki doxygen documentation for trunk.

gfortran-4.3 is fine but I have missed one of the options for
libgfortran so that it does not show the source code.  I'll put it
right tomorrow.
