Trouble building 4.1.2

Memory fault (core dumped)

This is out of libtool, if it's not obvious.

gmp-4.2.1

mpfr-2.2.1

Yes.

Not yet, but this server is used for builds every day so I
highly doubt it.  I just built 4.1.1 on it yesterday.
