[FORTRAN PATCH] Eliminate temporary when passing constant array constructors as arguments

Roger,
   Have you run any benchmarks like polyhedron to see if this
patch produces significant performance improvements? If it does
and there doesn't seem to be any regressions from it in trunk,
might this be considered for gcc 4.2 branch (assuming we get
a decent performance hike)?
