Array constructor with typespec

Hi,

Seeing that recently proper support for F2003-style BOZ constants was
introduced, I thought maybe you might want to consider adding another
"small new feature" for which I posted a patch
(http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27997): typespec in array
constructors. I initially thought it should wait 4.4, but it's not
coming very fast and I think it's fairly self-contained and simple,
and probably safe to include already.

This is not a formal patch submission, but just a note that if someone
wants to take the patch and fly with it, be my guest. That would give
us one more YES in the "F2003 support" compiler comparison :)
