Dear All,

Last year, Steve Kargl set the standard for our annual report.  I
think that we should aim to better it this year!  I'm prepared to do
the whole lot but it would be nice if this were a collective effort.
If I were to do the statistical part, do I see volunteers for the "New
features", "Grand successes" and "Future Plans" sections?
