I did not have any problem with the first one, excepted for
the second test case.  I had more problems not with your
second patch, but with the one Tobias Burnus has sent me.
Two "hunks" refused to patch and I did not understand why
(did not tried very hard!-).

I don't think so, but I am not 100% sure.
