testcases for outloop vectorization support

   I have been building gcc trunk with Dorit's patches
for adding outerloop vectorization support. We will gain
this functionality automatically for fortran so it would
be wise for some of the c testcases to be ported to
fortran. Is anyone interested in working on this? The
current proposed patches apply cleanly to gcc trunk.

I would think we might be seeing some interesting
performance improvements in the polyhedron benchmarks
with these patches applied.
