Focus: default-integer-8 then DATA statements

Hi all,

It seems that we have a flurry of default-integer-8 bugs and this is great that 
so many are pitching in to knock these out.

I was going to suggest that maybe the next focus area should be DATA statement 
related bugs.  Maybe we can get a concerted effort there as well.  I notice 
there are several now.

Just thinking "out loud" as i scan the bug list.
