Failing tests in the testsuite (gcc-testresults@)

It would be interesting to extract the compilation output from the  
testsuite log and send it to Christopher.

These I have to look into, but compiling gfortran on the ppc-aix I  
have access to is really slow (and not an easy task).

This one is because of a problem with AIX nextafter() implementation,  
IIRC. Maybe we should XFAIL it?
