x86-linux nightly binaries for gfortran

Due to the moving of the GCC compile farm to x86_64 processors, I am
not able to build nightly x86-linux any more. If any one is interested
in providing this service for the community, please let me know and I
will send you my build scripts to automate the thing. What is needed
is a x86-linux machine, that is up during nighttime and can be used to
perform automated building (using a crontab).

I think our strategy of providing binaries of the development branch
is very successful and has lead to exposure of a good number of bugs
before release versions. We should strive to continue providing such a
service.
