I'm note sure that a Junior-Jobs list would help in such cases.
Besides, what such jobs are really depends on your knowledge and the
time you want to invest.
Besides, I'm not arguing against such a list, I only not completely sure
how it would help and who should write such a list.

Well, I'm looking for the same kind of jobs. And I admit that something
seemingly simple can turn out difficult.

Possible jobs:
- Implement F (PR18584), probably a bigger job, but should not be too
difficult (flagging which features of Fortran 95 are (not) allowed with
F. [I don't think F is that useful.]
- more than thirty-nine continuation lines should issue a std-warn
(PR19262); looks like something which might be not very difficult.

- Document -f* options, PR28122
- Checking for some simple jobs in adding Fortran 2003 features; for
instance adding "errmsg=" support to (de)allocate.
