cast to pointer from integer of different size

Steve,
    Certainly one could make that argument about the 32-bit build
libgfortran (which doesn't show the warning), but what is the
sense of g77 compatibility for 64-bit binaries? Is there any
substantial amount of legacy g77 built 64-bit code to even
both attempting to support that? Perhaps we should have
a preprocessor if statement with different code depending
on whether a 32-bit or 64-bit libgfortran is being built.
