Difficulties building GFortran under SGI

Thanks a lot for your reply!

Most of the tools are out of date there, so texinfo might very well also
be, I hadn't spoted it in the requirements for building GCC, and I was
at a loss to see where this 'makeinfo' should coem from...

I'll try that.
