[PATCH] install.texi: Correct mention of Fortran in "full distribution" desc.

72 characters is the appropriate limit?  In the original patch, I was 
going by the surrounding text, which (in the comment lines with rows of 
asterisks, in particular) seemed to be limiting at 79 characters -- most 
of the surrounding lines are in the 72-79 character range....

In any case, I've revised this to limit the paragraph to lines of no 
more than 72 characters, and added a couple of "the"s that seemed to 
want adding.  Committed as attached.
