Regeneration of files in libgfortran

Hi Tobias, hi all,
Tobias, your typo fixes in libgfortran/m4/*.m4 files induce
regeneration of nearly all the generated files (in libgfortran/
generated/) for everyone that is using --enable-maintainer-mode, i.e.
probably most gfortran developpers. It's not really messing up the
code, but it's a bit annoying to suddenly have modified files in your
trunk (or actually trunks, plural, for me), so that you need to
remove them from your diffs and so on.
Could you please rebuild your patch with --enable-maintainer-mode and
commit the modified generated files, after checking they look OK?
You'll find examples in libgfortran/ChangeLog on how the entries for
these commits are loggued.
I think it best, for some time (especially before branching), if we
could review patches, even if they seem trivial. Nothing personal
here, as I've done my share of not-careful-enough commits already,
but we should really try to keep things stable.
