Including GMP/MPFR in GCC repository?

That's a case for adding application testing back to the release criteria, 
with GMP as a listed application.  But without changing the release 
criteria, you can always test GMP and MPFR before 4.2.0 is released, 
maintain a list of platforms on which they have been tested and call for 
testers on other platforms.
