:ADDPATCH wwwdocs:

Fortraners, is this patch ok?

This patch updates the http://gcc.gnu.org/fortran/ files; I changed the
string to "GNU Fortran" in line with the recent changes to the manual; I
also changed more links to point to the wiki.

Additionally, this patch removes the links to the following outdated
HTML files, which should then also be deleted:

htdocs/fortran/compilerstatus.html
htdocs/fortran/extensions.html
htdocs/fortran/librarystatus.html
htdocs/fortran/todo.html
htdocs/fortran/usage.html

(For easier checking, those are:
http://gcc.gnu.orgfortran/compilerstatus.html
http://gcc.gnu.orgfortran/extensions.html
http://gcc.gnu.orgfortran/librarystatus.html
http://gcc.gnu.orgfortran/todo.html
http://gcc.gnu.orgfortran/usage.html )

Thus only the following two pages remain:
http://gcc.gnu.orgfortran/contributors.html
http://gcc.gnu.orgfortran/index.html
alias
htdocs/fortran/contributors.html
htdocs/fortran/index.html

Tobias

Note: To unclutter the patch, I did not include patches to delete the files.
