regressions?

i'm not sure which mpfr i have, and i'm not sure how to figure it out.  i 
looked in mpfr.h and didn't see any version number, but it's latest 
copyright is 2002.  i guess i'll update mpfr and try again.  is this the 
only thing i need to update?
