Dale or Jack,

Can you try reverting the last patch to PR24459 and see if things start to work 
again?  (You can use svn update with a revision number to do this.)

I did add a new flag to the dtp structure, but we are a long way from exceeding 
the size allocated in frontend on this.

Also, Andrew Pinski has a different theory which he mentioned on IRC last night, 
but I have no details on that.
