gfortran problems with OS X 10.3.9

First question; recent cctools packages required to build trunk GCC
can be found here : ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/infrastructure/ As a
note, I just updated the Wiki link.

Second question: open a terminal, enter ld --version, and see what it
says. If the build number is lower than 590.36, then you need it (and
that's probably the case).
