migrating code from f77 to f90

My impression was based on discussions here, not details.  I suppose it 
was correct when it was formed; nonetheless, given what you say, it's 
clearly out of date.  My apologies.

It is still true that portions of Fortran 95 are still unimplemented, 
though, yes?  AFAIK, Richard Maine still can't compile his code, which I 
would believe is all standard-conforming stuff.
