bootstrapped by gcc-4.0.3.  Posted to gcc-testresults.  Are those 
"failures" mostly new tests?

Platform: i686-pc-cygwin
configure flags: '--enable-languages=fortran objc treelang c' 
--enable-threads=posix --enable-sjlj-exceptions --disable-libmudflap
