warning for for unused labels incorrect

What was the other one you found? Also it seems that Tobi is just
submitting his patches for trunk with no reference of addition to the 4.1
branch at a later date. Hopefully the gfortran developers will keep
an eye on these bug fix patches so that we don't end up with too many
significant bug fixes in the trunk only. Just from the view of limiting
the code divergence between the two branches (4.1 and trunk) that can't
be a good idea.
