Does your $BUILD/$TARGET/libgfortran/kinds.h (where $BUILD and $TARGET refer to
your build directory and target triplet, respectively) define
HAVE_GFC_COMPLEX_{4|8}?  If that's not the case, our configury seems to mess
up, otherwise I can't explain your problem.
