No.  I got sidetracked with the copy_string regression.
I did not want to bump the library number if FX's patch
was going to be reverted, and then recommitted once we
found the problem.

I sent a patch for the copy_string regression to the
list.  I plan to commit it, then the etime_ and library
version bump patch tomorrow morning.  Hopefully, someone
can test my copy_string patch.
