I planned to do such a list by grepping intrinsic.c and intrinsics.texi,
but you beat me to it. Thanks for doing so!
You'll note that some of these intrinsics are present at the end of
intrinsic.texi, as comments, to keep track of them.

I think your list is OK.
If you have time to write documentation for (some of) these intrinsics,
it would be a welcome contribution to gfortran! In that case, we'll need
a copyright assignment from you (assigning copyright of your changes to
the FSF). If you want to do it, you need to (assuming you're not writing
these contributions in your work time, in which case your employer would
be the one who needs to transfer copyright):
-- write to assignments@gnu.org (with copy to gcc@gcc.gnu.org) to
request a copyright assignment form
-- you'll receive a mail with a few questions and you'll need to
provide your snail-mail address
-- then you'll receive dead-tree paperwork which you'll have to read,
sign and send back
