Patch tracking

Daniel,

I do not know if anybody else, on another list, has thanked you for the 
patch tracking system but here it is from us...

I am sure that I speak for all the gfortraneers; thanks!  Your efforts 
have enormously simplified the whole business of keeping track of bugs 
and their fixes.  It has also, I think, encouraged increased use of 
Bugzilla as an audit trail for bugs and their fixes.
