gfortran bug regarding interface block with named END INTERFACE statements?

I have a reduce testcase, and I'll submit a PR.  The problem is
that gfortran is apparently not happy with the "OPERATOR (.EqualTo.)"
in "END INTERFACE OPERATOR (.EqualTo.)"
