I guess Tues or Wed next week is fine as long as we are certain
that the branch for gcc 4.1 isn't going to get declared before then.
Or do they give the fortran developers more leeway on major changes
even after branches are declared? The last status posting on gcc 4.1
I saw was from Oct. 11th and the bug count was down to 208.
