Switching from cvs to svn

This is a heads-up, since I figured that some of us don't follow the gcc@
list, and since this hasn't been announced on our list so far.

gcc's version control will be moving to subversion (svn) soon, the planned
transition date is next Saturday, the 22nd.

More information on the switch can be found in the wiki,

subversion (it is very similar to cvs).
