Hi all,
I have been following this discussion with great interest. I think
another thing to think about is where to f90 libraries such as netCDF
install their modules? I would have hoped that once gfortran is
available in general (Linux) distributions these libraries with f90
support will be also available. Without knowing the format of the mod
files I always assumed that they might change for different compiler
versions. I guess if ${PREFIX}/finclude is used than the f90 support for
autoconf/automake needs to be adjusted accordingly.
Just some further ideas...
cheers
