[PATCH] Fix large_real_kind failures on Solaris

It turned out that check_effective_target_fortran_large_real doesn't really 
check that large reals are supported.

Tested on SPARC/Solaris 2.5.1->10 and x86-64/Linux, approved by FX, applied to 
mainline and 4.1 branch.
