Configure finds inttypes.h on FreeBSD without intervention.
Is inttypes.h in some unusually location on cygwin?

In config.log, it reports finding inttypes.h, yet the entry in config.h isn't set. When I repeat the configure, after installing gcc-4.0.3, forcing it to use the new installed compiler, it does set it.
