Cygwin gfortran latest binary link failure

I do apologise.  Following the migration from cvs to svn, I added 
directories with appropriate names, so that I could keep track of 
things.  If you note the configure line above, /svn is the directory to 
which the binaries and executables are written.

Change all your soft links from /irun/* to /svn/*; it should then work.  
Otherwise, give me 24 hours and I will upload a version, happily 
closetted in /irun!
