gcc-4.1-20051105 bootstrap failure for libgfortran on mips-sgi-irix6.5

This is PR 22097 (http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22097).
Hell, I believed it only happened to me :) I've always had bad karma
about these mips-irix and Rainer Orth usually builds gfortran
regularly, so I thought he would have noticed it too...

I'll be looking into it, since it's one of my patches for C99 that
actually from me that broke it...
