Upcoming patch and question

Just to keep all up to date.

I have a combined patch for PR's 24699, 24700, and 24719 regression tested 
without affecting any previous patches.  I have test cases for 24699 and 24719.

Polyhedron aermod.f90 runs fine now.  I need to do NIST yet but should be OK.

I have tested 24700, but it does not dawn on me how to do a test case for that 
one since I have to do a hex dump of the file to check it.

Any suggestions on how to do that one?

I should have all to submit in the next day or two.
