Send an email to assignments@gnu.org to request the appropriate
forms.  If you are doing the gfortran work on your own and no one
can claim any partial ownership, then you need a personal assignment.
If your university or employer has some claim to the work, then
you will also need a disclaimer form the university or employer.
Explain your situation to assignments@gnu.org and they should 
send the right forms.
