[gfortran, testsuite, committed] Remove svn:executable property

I noticed that a number of Fortran testcases had the svn:executable property
set.  I've removed this property.  Was it a valid assumption that this change
doesn't require a ChangeLog entry, as the files themselves were unchanged?
