Tobis, Thanks for looking at the doc changes.  Another
set of eyes is always useful.

See the 2nd paragraph of the Introduction of the Intrinsic
Procedure section.  I tried to establish a convention to 
avoid excessive wordiness.  Perhaps, I failed in my attempt.
