If we add it, we should add my patches to fix the prototypes. I just
want to use "-Wall" for 4.0. But if all patches from mainline are
moved over to 4.0 at one point, then that's fine with me as well. The
problem is that if I enable -Wstrict-prototypes, we need the other
patches as well...

Down to zero - have to think about enabling some more ;-) - and then
add -Werror,
