Really sorry for this complete mess. I inadvertently commited patch for 
PR20788 with ChangeLog/CVS log message from PR19155. I just commited patch 
for PR19155, added ChangeLog entry for PR20788, and try to figure out 
something meaningful for CVS log message (not sure I handled that part well).
