where to report gfortran bugs?

Dear GFortran developers,

There's a group of atmospheric scientists that are highly interested
in using gfortran to compile their codes, mostly for portability and
Fortran 90 issues.

They were having trouble building NCAR Graphics, which is a rather
large Fortran and C based software package. Since I have ported NCAR
Graphics to many systems and using many different compilers, I've been
asked to help them.

I've run into some problems with gfortran, however, and am wondering
how to proceed.  The version of gfortran is:

     nika:~/ncgms> gfortran --version
     GNU Fortran 95 (GCC 4.0.0)
     Copyright (C) 2005 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

     GNU Fortran comes with NO WARRANTY, to the extent permitted by law.

and this is on an opteron system:

     nika:~/ncgms> uname -a

     nika:~/ncgms>

I think the problem is with the READ function.  Where would be the
best place to either report this bug, or see if this bug has been
reported by somebody else?
