gfortran on MacOS X

It used to be me, but I can't do it any more.

Package is build with Apple's PackageMaker. Building a package with the 
right permission requires to have admin privileges (files need to be 
chown-ed to root). Disk image (.dmg) is built with the hdiutil command-line 
tool.

If you're interested, I can send you the script I used to do that almost 
automatically.
