I've committed Jakub's first patch, which can be found here
<http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/fortran/2005-06/msg00138.html>.  This should leave the
FORALL statement slightly less broken than before, and therefore shouldn't be
destabilizing.  On the mainline I also un-XFAILed gfortran.dg/forall_1.f90 again.
