[gfortran] patch for PR libfortran/19155

Hi all,

Attached patch fixes last part of PR libfortran/19155. Example: "+    
" can be read as a real and its value is 0.

Built and regtested on i686-linux. OK for mainline and 4.0 once it reopens?
